I steamed it on stove top. You can totally steam it on the stovetop, although oven works as well. Yes, you can use a dutch oven on the stove. The pot itself holds a lot of heat so it cooks quite evenly. I used the parchment paper in this recipe, so the bottom of the salmon won’t get scorched.

Yes you can! Just be careful not letting the water goes into the parchment paper.

I wonder if this recipe would still be tasty just simply with canned black beans, and not with a black bean sauce. What do you think?
